A US-based Asset Manager is seeking Investment Professionals
We are a global asset management company, headquartered in New York City, with multi-billion
dollar funds across Asia, Europe and the US. Our firm primarily focuses on private equity
investments, distressed and undervalued credit-related securities (both public and private).
Our Asia group currently has offices throughout Asia. We strongly believe in staffing our
offices mainly with local professionals and providing an international work environment with
regional exposure to our employees.
The firm plans to open an office in Hanoi and is seeking high-caliber Investment Professionals
who are driven to make successful investments.

abilities and promote ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking. Whilst guidance and support will be on-hand, the
successful candidate should be able to work autonomously and take initiative.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
􀂃 Providing in-depth research and analysis for potential investment opportunities
􀂃 Supporting/leading various deal generation activities
􀂃 Analyzing market and industry macro trends
􀂃 Providing transactional support in completing transactions, including:
- Financial modelling that has detailed P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
- Managing due diligence process of transactions
- Negotiating relevant legal documents
- Securing and negotiating appropriate debt packages as required
The successful candidate will have:
􀂃 Recent experience of working in Vietnam (preferably a Vietnamese resident) with a
University degree. An MBA/CFA/CPA is preferred
􀂃 Excellent numerical and analytical skills with background in corporate finance, banking,
investment fund or finance
􀂃 Possess outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
􀂃 3-6 years of experience for Junior Investment Professionals
􀂃 7-10 years of experience for Senior Investment Professionals
􀂃 Flexibility to work unusual hours on occasions when required and ability to work under
pressure and meet tight deadlines
􀂃 Fluency in Vietnamese and English
